Stained Glass in PSP

Thanks for the PSP tutorials Fagin. The Stained Glass tutorial is being written as I type. It will be suitable for most versions of PSP and include a link to a website which gives glass effects to use.

I am hoping most users will have a go, and we can display the results in the gallery.
